Shipping Information
Gym Parts Depot offers FREE standard shipping on all merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $100, there are a variety of shipping options via UPS and USPS you can choose from during the check out process.

Business Days
We ship during business hours; Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
FedEx orders must be placed by 12 noon Central Standard Time (CST) to be processed on the same business day.

Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within 72 hours. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS (2 Day Air and Next Day Air Saver only) and FedEx (2 Day and Overnight only) services.

P.O. Box
Our P.O. Box customers must select USPS Priority Mail.

Exchanges and Returns
All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend UPS or FedEx). We cannot be responsible for the loss of your return during shipment. Include your packing slip and/or invoice number and please let us know the reason for your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
